R-5660-H series of Rigid Mica Plate is mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temperature, which consist of approximately 90 % Muscovite (or Phlogopite) and 10% high temperature resistant silicone resin.
R-5660-H series has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe (the file No. Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food products (certificate from the FDA with the file No. RJSSZ060586FDA).
R-5660-H series has two species:
R-5660-H1: Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500 ¡æ / 932 ¡ãF (In constant operation), 750 ¡æ / 1382 ¡ãF (in intermit t ent operation) .
R-5660-H3: Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 ¡æ / 1382 ¡ãF (In constant operation), 1000 ¡æ / 1832¡ãF (in intermittent operation) .

Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000¡ãC . R-5660-H series have unique temperature resistance, the maximum working temperature for the Muscovite Mica Plate and Phlogopite Mica Plate are approximately 500 ¡æ and 750 ¡æ respectively, Peak work temperature are 750 ¡æ and 1000 ¡æ respectively.
Excellent electrical insulation. R-5660-H series have excellent dielectric properties, the maximum dielectric is more than 20KV/mm.
Excellent punchability. R-5660-H series have good flexural strength and can be cut very precisely using die-stamping.
Environmentally safe. R-5660-H series generate very little smoke even at excessive temperatures.

R-5660-H series are in the form of very rigid laminated plates. They retain their properties even after being exposed to heat. They are used for the following applications:

- I ndustrial heating applications: wound heater elements, cylindrical resistance heaters , heating elements for extrusion machines, chemical-engineering and electric appliances, electric sterilized cabinet, and in steel or metallurgy industry for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace, etc.
