R-5660-T series of Thick Mica Plate is Rigid Mica Plate with thickness more than 5mm , it is mica laminates designed for providing outstanding resistant to high voltage and to high temperature.
R-5660- T series has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe (the file No. Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food products (certificate from the FDA with the file No. RJSSZ060586FDA).
R-5660- T series has two species:

R-5660- T 1: Muscovite Thick Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500 ℃ / 932°F (In constant operation), 750 ℃ / 1382°F (in intermittent operation) .
R-5660- T 3: Phlogopite Thick Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 ℃ / 1382°F (In constant operation), 1000 ℃ / 1832°F (in intermittent operation) . |

Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000°C .
Excellent in di electric strength .
E xcellent flexural strength. Thick mica plate is usually processed into mica washer, R-566-T series is to process and not delaminated.
Environment safe. R-5660-T thick mica is free of sheet have no asbestos and heavy metal.

R-5660- T series are in the form of very rigid laminated plates. They re tain their properties even after being exposed to heat. They are used for the following applications:
Used for industrial heating applications: wound heater elements, cylindrical resistance heaters, thermal insulation in circuit breakers, chemical-engineering and electric appliances, electric sterilized cabinet, and in steel or metallurgy industry for intermediate frequency furnace, arc furnace, etc.
